The newest item added to our product line is Sweetriot chocolate covered cacao nibs. Wow are they something. Packaged in artistic tins, handy for pocket, purse or secret compartment, these hip, slick and cool
wonderful tasting bits of chocolate, jettison us out of our hippie image.
Yes, we might be left of center and slightly off-balance but wow can we pick some great things to have in this wacko, weird and wonderful little shop..
Stop in on music day and get one of each intensity...dark, darker and darkest chocolate covered cacao bean nibs for a special introductory price of ten dollars even..They normally retail for $3.99 each. So, yes, this is a saving of almost two dollars. A good investment..because they make you happy and satisfy the urge for *something sweet* They go great with our magical blend of coffee, are packed with anti-oxidants (we all seem to be looking for these...) and just 2-3 calories per *peace* and they taste great.
Hey, it wasn't easy getting these here from New York City, into the depths of the deep, deep and into infinity South. The first batch melted inside those tins and I was completely crazed, trying to dig out that dark goodness from a tin or two. They sent me another shipment which UPS decided to keep on a hot, not so air-conditioned truck until 8:30 PM..The driver just laughed when I told him I was waiting for my chocolate covered cacao beans. He wondered why I was standing in the middle of the driveway, nervously pacing and tearing my hair. Somehow most of them made it still in peaces. The ones which were all melted in a clump inside the narrow tins we are thinking of sending to Barack Obama congratulating him on his win as Democratic Party nominee..aw, just kidding..I am just as good a sport as Hillary Clinton....I think.
In other news, the coffee shop did get a mention in an article in the Lake Region Monitor today, a bad picture of our beautiful building but still a mention of *brisk* business in the shop.
I also have my first promised vote should I decide to run for sheriff in Putnam County..Seems a lot of people are sick of witnessing drug deals too. That will be my main goal in running for public office, to rid Melrose, Florida of drug dealers and illegal drugs...all illegal drugs.
Just a pleasant reminder....Coffee and chocolate are legal. Kind of give you a high though, particularly taken together:-)
Thanks for your note! :) So glad you loved sweetriot. Happy Friday!
